Mental Health - Nuevo Amanecer Latino Children's Services

Related image Our mental health program provides specialty mental health services to children and youth that meet Medical necessity criteria. These services are individualized and tailored to the strengths and needs of each child, youth and their family. We take pride to ensure that the services and support that are delivered are culturally competent and respectful of the culture of the children, youth and their families. Services include but are not limited to:

  1. Individual and family therapy.
  2. Assessment
  3. Evaluation and plan development.
  4. Intensive care coordination
  5. Case management
  6. Follow up services.

 

Facilitation to the following services:
  1. Rehabilitation.
  2. Intensive home based services (IHBS)
  3. Medication support services.
  4. Therapeutic behavioral services (TBS).
