Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) is the highest level of care in California for the delivery of intensive therapeutic services and special health care needs that are greater than traditional foster care to children and youth. NALCS provides care, supervision and intensive mental health services that are limited and individualized, with the goal of improving the social and emotional functioning, decreasing aggressive and defiant behaviors, and promoting placement stability in a home based setting.
Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) include children and youth with serious emotional and behavioral needs, as well as children and youth with special health care needs.
